Co-founder
Catherine Qian
Catherine is a well-rounded product consultant and has over 15yrs experience working in the UK retail sector delivering various projects from omnichannel-ecommerce, fulfilment, to internationalisation.
She started involving in the family fashion business at an early age of 15, and also founded a saas startup in 2012 to address over stocking of merchandise in a retail organisation. This was when she started to study all about product management, agile development and startups. She is now able to share those experience with you of what not to do when building a successful product.

Her commercial acumen, appreciation of design/technology and great empathy for users, puts her perfectly in the intersection of business, technology and design(customer). This is exactly where the role of a product manager sits.
​
Professionally, she continues horning her skills in the digital field, and have grown interest in ux design, digital marketing, growth hacking over the last 4 years. She also spend almost 2yrs during pandemic to learn about nutrition, functional medicine, chinese medicine in order to cure her own chronic rare health condition. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, travelling, photography, dancing and voice acting.

Debbie Levitt
Debbie Levitt, MBA is the CXO of Delta CX, has been a CX and UX strategist, designer, and trainer since the 1990s.
​
She’s a change agent focused on helping companies of all sizes transform towards customer-centricity while using principles of Agile and Lean.
​
Clients have given her the nickname, “Mary Poppins,” because she flies in, improves everything she can, sings a few songs, and flies away to her next adventure.
​
Her “Delta CX” book and “Transforming Toward Customer-Centricity” training teach companies how to improve customer satisfaction, predict and mitigate business risk, and increase ROI by investing in great customer experiences. She has other training programs that teach non-CX roles about CX, why it’s done by specialists, and how to integrate it into teams and processes.
Outside of CX work, and sometimes during CX work, Debbie enjoys singing symphonic prog goth metal, opera, and New Wave. You can also catch her on the Delta CX YouTube channel.

Jun Seki
Jun was named the Top 100 Asian Stars in the UK Tech Industry.
​
His experience expands from Saas commerce, health tech to the latest fin tech.
He co founded his first startup POQ in 2012, where the app drove $1billion revenue for brands and retailers such as PrettyLittleThing, Holland & Barrett, Missguided, Made.com, Hotel Chocolate and won numerous awards such as Drapers Best App, Deloitte Fast 50 fastest-growing tech company in the UK. He built and grew the engineering team from 1 to 40 and expanded the business from UK to USA, Canada & Australia.

He is currently the CTO for Rosecut, with the ambition to build the next generation wealth management platform.
​
Jun comes from a long career in entrepreneurship. At the age of 16, Jun was the founder of one of the biggest high school online social network forums in Shanghai.
​
In his spare time, Jun is a cycling enthusiast, and has won 15 medals for road cycling.
